Glam On The Glo, LLC

By securing your deposit, you accept these Terms and Conditions and may proceed with the booking.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Glam On The Glo ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at glamontheglo.com ("Site") and the services we provide ("Services"). By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

2. Services

Glam On The Glo offers professional makeup and hair artistry services, including but not limited to bridal makeup, event makeup, and hairstyling. All Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and specific requirements.

3. Appointments and Bookings

3.1 Booking Process: To book an appointment, please visit our Site or contact us directly. You must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and specific service requirements.

3.2 Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any changes are required.

3.3 Securing Your Booking: Your appointment is only confirmed once a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service amount is paid. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the appointment. If payment is not made at the time of the appointment, a late payment fee of $50 per day will apply. 

3.4 Booking Hours: Our regular booking hours are from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Bookings scheduled outside of these hours are subject to an additional early booking for or a gratuity charge of 10-15%.

3.5 Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are not eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled upon availability at no additional charge. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, if the artist needs to cancel the deposit will be fully refunded and the client will be notified as soon as possible to prevent any further inconvenience. 

3.6 Late Fees: Clients are granted a 15-minute grace period. If the client has not communicated with the artist after 15 minutes, the artist may leave and no compensation will be given. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will be charged a $25 late fee or $50 per hour.

4. Payments

4.1 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms. Payments can be made via bank transfer or Zelle to glamontheglo@yahoo.com. Payments made through PayPal, Venmo, and other payment processing apps will incur a 5% processing fee. Payment is due at the time of service payable bank transfer or cash unless otherwise agreed upon. Checks are not an accepted form of payment. 

4.2 Pricing: Our prices for Services are listed on our Site and may be subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price you will be charged.

4.3 Deposits: For certain Services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to future bookings at our discretion and availability. 

5. Travel Expenses

A travel fee of $1 per mile applies. Clients are also responsible for any other necessary expenses such as valet and parking. 

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Preparation: Clients are responsible for ensuring they are prepared for their appointment, including having clean, dry hair and a clean face for makeup services.

6.2 Allergies and Sensitivities: Clients must inform us of any allergies or sensitivities to makeup or hair products. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions if such information is not disclosed.

6.3 Behavior: The artist reserves the right to refuse service to clients or party members for reasons including but not limited to infectious conditions or abusive and threatening behavior, without any refunds. 

6.4 Certificates of Insurance (COI): If the venue or location where the services are to be performed requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), the client is responsible for covering any costs associated with obtaining the COI. The client must inform us of this requirement at the time of booking.

7. Photography

The client agrees that the artist may use any photography or videography for publicity purposes, including the artist’s website and social media pages. This includes photos taken by Samantha (including before and after photos) and photos taken by a professional photographer or other parties present.

8. Limitation of Liability

Glam On The Glo LLC and its beauty specialists’ liability shall not exceed the charges paid under this booking agreement. Glam On The Glo and its beauty specialists shall have no liability for any third-party products or services, regardless of cause, even if recommended.

9. Force Majeure

Glam On The Glo LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond their reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to power failure, fire, flood, storms, governmental action, pandemic, or any other event that is beyond their control.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including text, images, graphics, blogs, and logos, is the property of Glam On The Glo and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent. 

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. All Appointments scheduled allows me the right to take before, after and behind the scenes photos/videos. If you wish not to be posted, please communicate this to your stylist prior to your booking.  Please support my Glam business by tagging @Glamontheglobeauty or @samglamontheglo on instagram for your photo/video.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our Site and will become effective upon posting. Your continued use of our Site and Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Glam On The Glo LLC operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
