What is your Makeup and Hair Styling booking process?

Discuss your desired hair and makeup look with Sam Glam for a total price and an estimate of the time needed to complete the look. Once a total has been discussed, a 50% deposit is required upon booking to reserve your time and date. A booking link will be provided to you by the artist based on your requested glam. No deposit. No Booking.

Do you offer Wedding/Bridal packages?

Yes! I offer discounted party packages when booking multiple makeup services and/or hair styling services. As well as additional assistance for early or large wedding bookings.

How do I Prep my Skin for makeup?

Great Skin Care is the key to a flawless makeup application. For a smooth surface, it is recommended to exfoliate prior to your appointment to remove any dead skin cells. Please make sure all mascaras have been thoroughly removed and lash extensions have been washed properly. Lastly, keep your skin and lips moisturized prior to your appointment to reduce dryness.

How to prep your hair depending on your style!

For my straight-haired girlies! I know holding a curl in this Florida weather can be difficult at times. Therefore, it is recommended to go one to two days unwashed to achieve longer lasting curls. However, absolutely no greasy scalps either, as this can make your hair less volumized. A little dirty is just enough!

For curly or frizz-prone hair, please have your hair cleaned and washed. Either damp and ready for a blow dry or completely air dry.

Note: Please send me a photo of your hair so I can properly estimate the amount of time needed for your service.

Why do Brides cost more?

Bridal Makeup and or hair packages include additional booking time set aside to guarantee satisfaction. On your special day, it it crucial for me to provide a relaxing and personalized service. This includes a consultation during your booking process as well as prior to application. Makeup includes chest, neck and ear coverage upon request as well as a glowing finish on the chest and shoulders. I typically like to wait for you to finish getting ready to complete any last touches. Fix the hair if it gets messed up, add a vail and or any hair accessories. As well as any necessary makeup touches before I go. All my brides get top tier treatment, fit for the queen you are!

What kind of Makeup do you use?

My makeup kit is fit for all skin types. Including but not limited to dry skin, sensitive and or oily prone skin. I use high end products for example Clinique for skincare, Estee Lauder foundation for an air brushed look to last all day. Bare-Minerals. As well as other brands such as Fenty, Tarte, Loreal, Laura Geller, Morphe, NYX, Ardell, Natasha Denona, Ofra, and the list can go on forever. It has taken me thousands and years to build my kit to where its at today. The cost of maintaining inventory can be high. Therefore, with my experience and quality service. My services are fit to lasts all day. Safe for sensitive skin. Ideal for any and everyone!

Where do you travel for hair and makeup?

Travel is $1/mile. From my home based zip code 33905.

Additional fees may be applied for early bookings in another city to accommodate stay. Apx $100-$300 apx

I do weddings all over the state if Florida! From destination weddings, elopments, photoshoots, parties ans so much more!
